Bumpstop length - how do you swing?

Today I bring a simple question to you;

How does your setup utilize it's bumpstops and how do you like it?
In my case, I have two cars, both with drastically different spring rates and spring lengths and uses.
One is a daily driver and one is an autocross car and a weekend driver with the top down.
One uses it's bumpstops on a regular basis, the other basically never touches them except to prevent catastrophic bottoming of the FCM shocks.

So how do you roll with your setup?
