PAYMENT METHODS: Credit card payments may be made through the website's Paypal interface. No Paypal account is required. For coil-overs or in any case when Paypal is not desired, we accept personal/cashiers checks or money orders.

ORDER STATUS/DELIVERY TIMES: Turn-around for an FCM revalved coil-over or revalved shocks is 6-8 weeks. Adjustable perches and shock mounts typically ship in 3-4 weeks, bump stops within 2 weeks. We do our best to ship your items out quickly and correctly. Contact us by telephone (email for international customers) before ordering to discuss your situation.

SHIP-TO ADDRESS: For your security and our protection, we cannot ship to an address other than what you have entered in Paypal. If necessary the transaction may be refunded and then re-entered. We appreciate your understanding!

SHIPPING METHOD: USPS Priority Mail unless expedited delivery (USPS Express) or an alternate carrier is requested at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY: Within 30 days for unused merchandise. Contact us by phone to obtain an RMA number before shipping your item(s).

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE for FCM coil-overs: We offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on new FCM custom coilovers for 60 days from the recorded date of shipment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the kit in the original shipping container. Upon receipt we will verify as-new condition and send you a refund minus round-trip S&H.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE: Due to factors outside our control, parts such as bump stops, bushings and shock mounts may vary in color or dimension, with some variation in surface finish. However, the parts are inspected prior to shipment to ensure proper operation.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: Certain components such as bump stops or bushings are wear items and are not warrantable other than due to a manufacturing defect. We offer a 1 YEAR warranty for workmanship on our custom coil-over kits. Beyond that time, please contact us for any service needs you may have. Any components used in competition/racing environments are sold without warranty aside from workmanship for coil-over kits. We always do our best to ensure customer satisfaction so please, do not hesitate to contact us (again, phone is greatly preferred) to let us know what your needs are.
