I respond to 'Shake' for those wondering how to pronounce my name! In order to best serve you, we need to make the most of our time. I have two assistants now who help handle order processing and revalves. I have found that many emails we receive can be quickly handled with a brief phone call.
I know sending an email is more convenient but there is a price for that convenience. I ask you to help us maximize our time so we can process and ship orders more quickly. Please leave a message if we cannot get to your call and we will respond as soon as possible.
Our business hours are usually from 9-7PM (PST) Monday through Friday. If it's a weekend and you need help beyond the available installation advice, I will likely get back to you that day. I don't want my customers to be stuck and frustrated during an install! I've been there, done that.
